Labor Rates
Hourly Pricing
Time is billed by the hour. We'll always tell you what we expect a job to run before we start.
Home Users
- Remote / In-Shop $85/hr
- On-Site $105/hr
Small Businesses
- Remote / In-Shop $105/hr
- On-Site $125/hr
- Tier 3 Support Server work, advanced networking, advanced printing features, NAS / file sharing, and similar advanced support tasks. $150/hr
On-Site Travel
Trip Charge
For on-site visits, travel is simple and local.
- No trip charge for service within the City of Grand Junction, Orchard Mesa, Fruitvale, or Clifton.
- Outside those areas, trip charges start at $50.
Set Prices
Flat Rate Services (In-Shop)
Common shop jobs at a fixed price, so you know the cost up front.
- e-Waste Recycling Pickup available by estimate. Excludes TVs. Free with drop-off
- Data Destruction Certificate of destruction available for $15 each. Free
- OS Re-install Without data transfer. $85
- OS Re-install With data transfer up to 1TB. Special programs are excluded, but simple programs can be included, such as Chrome, Firefox, Steam, and Office, if license information is provided. $170
- HDD to SSD Upgrade Includes data transfer (clone). $100 + parts
